Description

Born back in 1976, The Blues Brothers started as a Sketch yet became a popular and recognisable sound in the 80s not only for their music but the comedian value of their performances themselves.

Each performance was a juiced-up jamboree of the coolest, funkiest soul, blues and Motown hits performed with style, class and showmanship that pulled in even the most resistant listener in!

One of the most prominent bands of the late 1970s and early 1980s two-tone ska revival, Madness have had 15 singles reach the UK top ten, which include “One Step Beyond”, “Baggy Trousers” and “It Must Be Love”, one UK number one single “House of Fun”.

In 2000 the band received the Ivor Novello Award from the British Academy of Songwriters, Composers and Authors for Outstanding Song Collection.

Shan’s House Band plays from 8pm, and the Tribute Act starts at 9pm till close.
